Kamran Khan, RD

Registered Dietitian providing personalized nutrition counseling at Khan RD in Austin, TX.

Based in Austin, TX, I’m a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist with a focus on eating disorder recovery, performance nutrition, and sustainable health habits. I hold a Bachelor of Science in Nutrition from the University of Texas at Austin and have experience in both clinical treatment and athletic environments.

My work is grounded in evidence-based care and personalized strategies. Whether you're navigating an eating disorder, managing a chronic condition, or building a stronger relationship with food, I’m here to help you find a path that aligns with your needs.

I use a non-diet, weight-inclusive approach centered on intuitive eating, trust, and long-term well-being. Nutrition should support your life, not control it—and my role is to help you build that support with confidence and clarity.

Zheng Zeng, MS, RD

I’m a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist passionate about providing weight-inclusive and identity-affirming care. My priority is creating a safe space where we can work together on eating disorder recovery, gut health, and managing chronic conditions. I graduated with my Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Nutrition and Dietetics from the University of Pittsburgh, and have supported patients in both inpatient and outpatient settings.

My approach is simple: I center my work around respect for you — your capacity, your lived experience, and your unique culture and heritage.

I do this work because I’ve been there. Through my own lived experience, I learned to rewrite the narratives that kept me from making peace with eating, moving, and living in my body. If you are on a similar journey, I would be honored to support you in defining what healing looks like for you. My goal is to hold a non-judgmental space filled with empowerment and evidence-based tools as you reestablish your relationship with food and nurture safety in your body.
